**To have sound knowledge about the Insurance claims and claims documentation.**
Maintains expertise in the industry practices, and specific organizational factors of quality assurance & claims audit end-to-end i.e., Closed File Review (CFR) & Open File Review (OFR).
**To provide suitable suggestions for the improvement in the process based on the CFR/OFR findings.**
To make recommendations proactively for the best ways for a company to avoid risk, fraud & adhere to the processes.
**To collaborate with the cross functional team to identify opportunities for process improvement.**
To Ensure the claims process to adhere to compliance standards and company policies
**Requirements**:
**Proven experience as an Auditor or similar role in Insurance or allied industry.**
Strong understanding of Insurance Claims.
**Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.**
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
**Ability to work collaboratively and provide constructive feedback.**
Familiarity with the quality monitoring tools Preferred Qualifications:
**Bachelor’s degree in a related field.**
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
**Soft Skills.**
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
