**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach undergraduate (B.Pharm) classes: lectures, tutorials and practical labs.
- Prepare course materials, lab manuals, assignments and support curriculum updates.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic work, internships and projects.
- Participate in examinations, student evaluations and practical assessments.
- Assist in initiating departmental research/activities, and stay updated with developments in pharmacy education.
- Contribute to departmental meetings, academic committees and quality assurance tasks.

**Qualification & Registration Requirements**:

- A Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
- Valid pharmacist registration/licence under the relevant state or national pharmacy regulatory body.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills; freshers (0-1 year experience) will be considered favourably.

**Desirable**:

- Good academic record (first class preferred).
- Interest in research or publications (even mínimal) and professional development.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital classroom methods.
