**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.
- Manage office filing systems and ensure documents are well-organized.
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office-related services and supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist other team members with administrative tasks as needed.
- Going on field for banking work.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous 1 year experience in an administrative or office assistant role is desirable.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and general office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with standard office hours.
- Office environment with a collaborative team.
- Occasional overtime may be required depending on workload.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
