**Location: Central Avenue, Kolkata**

**Working Hours: 11AM to 8PM**

**Week Off: Tuesday**

**Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years full time in SEO**

**Salary - 18000 to 27000**

**MUST HAVE TECHNICAL SEO KNOWLEDGE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**SEO Audits**:

- Conduct regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, and indexation problems.
- Provide actionable recommendations and oversee implementation.

**On-Page & Technical Optimization**:

- Optimize website architecture, page load speeds, and mobile usability.
- Implement schema markups, XML sitemaps, and robot.txt files.
- Optimize meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures.

**Coding and Development**:

- Troubleshoot technical issues involving HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other code frameworks.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO-friendly website development.
- Implement advanced SEO strategies like lazy loading, canonical tags, and hreflang attributes.

**Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Track SEO performance through tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SEMRush.
- Generate regular reports with insights and improvement strategies.

**Collaboration**:

- Work with content and design teams to align SEO strategies with business goals.
- **Stay updated** with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and emerging technologies.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, including technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization.
- Proficiency in coding languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (additional coding skills are a plus).
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Experience in website migration, optimization, and resolving indexing issues.Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to update with latest changes.
- Open and receptive to feedbacks.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
