We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our team and contribute to the research, development, and production of our clothing lines. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process from conception to final styling, incorporating both hand sketches and technical software expertise. Your keen eye for fashion trends, exceptional design skills, and ability to work collaboratively will be crucial in ensuring the success of our products.

**Responsibilities**:
Research and Market Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and analyze market data to determine the direction of our clothing lines.

Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, techniques, and design inspiration.

Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to the line, and create new concepts.

Design Process Management:
Manage the design process from initial concept to final styling, ensuring alignment with the business strategy.

Create hand sketches to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively.

Utilize technical design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator) to develop and refine design concepts, technical sketches, and specifications.

Collaborate with technical designers to ensure accurate development packages and facilitate smooth production processes.

Fabric and Trim Selection:
Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials to bring the design concepts to life.

Stay informed about the latest fabric and trim developments in the industry.

Product Evaluation and Presentation:
Review products for style, fit, and quality during presentations and make necessary adjustments.

Present compelling storyboards, mood boards, color boards, and samples to buyers and stakeholders, effectively conveying the design vision.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, or a related field, or a college degree in fashion design.

1 to 2 years of industrial experience in fashion design or a relevant role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustrator for technical design work.

Availability to travel for research and product development purposes.

Strong ability to create hand sketches to communicate design ideas.

Excellent design and conceptual skills, with a keen sense of style and color.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to meet multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
