**Reports To**: Medical Director

**Employment Type**: Freelance / Consultant

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled **Freelance Plastic Surgeon** to collaborate with our clinic on a **flexible, percentage-based revenue model**. The surgeon will perform both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures as agreed upon, while benefiting from the clinic’s infrastructure, support staff, and patient flow. This partnership is ideal for surgeons looking for professional independence with income flexibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform surgical and mínimally invasive cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to:

- Rhinoplasty
- Liposuction
- Breast augmentation/reduction/lift
- Abdominoplasty (Tummy tuck)
- Facelifts, blepharoplasty, and other facial surgeries
- Scar revision, mole removal, etc.
- Provide pre-operative consultations, patient education, and surgical planning.
- Conduct post-operative follow-ups and ensure proper healing and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clinic team for patient intake, surgical scheduling, and aftercare.
- Maintain detailed medical records and ensure compliance with clinical and ethical standards.
- Follow clinic protocols and contribute to a safe, sterile surgical environment.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- MBBS with MS/MD/DNB in Plastic Surgery or equivalent recognized specialization.
- Valid medical license to practice in India
- Minimum [3-5] years of independent surgical experience preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.
- Strong communication, patient handling, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible schedules.

**Compensation**:

- **Flexible percentage-based revenue sharing model** (cuts to be discussed case-by-case).
- No fixed salary - income based on procedures performed.
- Clinic provides infrastructure, OT facilities, nursing support, consumables (negotiable), and patient sourcing.
