**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging and click-worthy **YouTube thumbnails and channel banners**:

- Create visually appealing **social media posts** for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Design **corporate creatives** including flyers, brochures, posters, and brand collaterals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand requirements and deliver on-brand visuals
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop** and **Illustrator**:

- Good working knowledge of **CorelDRAW** (if required)
- Strong understanding of visual communication and social media aesthetics
- Good sense of layout, color theory, typography, and branding
- Ability to handle multiple projects with efficiency and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other online design tools (optional but a plus)

**Preferred (Nice to Have)**:

- Basic video editing or motion graphic skills (Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects)
- Ability to understand content flow for both English and Hindi posts

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- OR proven experience and a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
- **Salary**: As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience
