Job Description:

- Oversee Intune, Azure AD & Group Policy, VDI, Remote Apps, Packaging, and public key infrastructure.
- Lead and mentor a team of EUC specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and technical expertise.
- Foster a collaborative and customer-focused team culture that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices across the organization.
- Manage relationships with EUC technology vendors, service providers, and contractors.
- Proven track record of successfully leading EUC initiatives, driving innovation, and delivering results that meet business objectives.
- Advanced printer/peripheral device setup & troubleshooting.
- Provide escalated technical support to users of desktops and laptops, printers, Google Suite, and Bomgar.
- Configure & troubleshoot Operating Systems and Office Applications.
- Extensive diagnostic information gathering, troubleshooting, problem analysis, and resolution.
- Mobile Device Management, MFA Configuration in End-user Systems.
- Microsoft O365, One Drive, SharePoint, Digital Certificates configuration on end-user systems.
- Installing and Configuring VPNs on end-user systems.
- Troubleshooting basic network-related issues and WIFI issues.
- Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
- Requesting and coordinating vendor support.
- Resolved system-related problems, software installations, antivirus updates, and other tasks as required.
