**Job Title**: Hospital Pharmacist
**Location**: Lower Parel, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
**Experience**: 1-3 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dispense prescribed medications to patients and ensure accurate labeling and packaging.
- Review and interpret physician orders to ensure appropriate medication use.
- Provide information and advice regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and proper medication storage.
- Maintain accurate records of all medications dispensed and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to monitor, assess, and modify patient medication therapy.
- Manage the inventory of medications and supplies, ensuring proper storage and stock levels.
- Prepare and dispense sterile products, including intravenous admixtures, when required.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to pharmacy services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Council of India.
- 1-3 years of experience working as a Pharmacist, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, including drug interactions, side effects, and contraindications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.

**Work Hours**:

- Full-time position with flexible working hours based on hospital needs.
