We are a Preschool to Grade 12 school in the city of Rajkot (Gujarat) founded by Harvard alums. Our unique pedagogy, the Northstar Approach, is a research-based approach to learning and teaching that helps students achieve their highest potential by exploring and making discoveries about themselves and their world. **Responsibilities**:
The role of an admin is to support all the administrative tasks in the school to ensure that the organization runs smoothly. Following tasks are expected from the admin:

- Plan and teach lessons following the Northstar Approach.
- Use a wide range of technologies and creative teaching styles.
- Regularly participate in collaborative curriculum planning and development, and work with colleagues to deliver effective team teaching when possible.
- Develop and implement relevant assessments for both formative and summative evaluations as well as for uncovering student’s potential initial misconceptions.
- Keep parents informed about student progress and attend parent meetings.
- Be a champion and disseminator of the Northstar Approach inside and outside the school.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant discipline. Prior experience in teaching at progressive organizations is beneficial.
