**Role: Salesforce QA**

**Location: Hyderabad - Onsite**

**Experience: 4+ Years**

**Notice: Immediate Joiners/Within 15 Days**
- Experience in Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects, and work closely with development team to facilitate resolution.
- Ensure test activities align with project timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate testing risks.
- Must have skills on QA automation tools and processes to implement in the project. Having knowledge in Testim/Copado Robotic Testing is added advantage.
- Oversee end-to-end testing activities, including system integration, regression, and functional testing.
- Experience in test management tools like Jira, QTest.
- Knowledge on Agile testing practices, including test sprints, Scrum ceremonies, and continuous testing in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues and propose solutions.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Sales Cloud: 4 years (preferred)
- Service Cloud: 4 years (preferred)
- QA Automation: 4 years (preferred)
- Testing: 4 years (preferred)
