**Senior Site Supervisor( false ceiling)**

We have Immediate opening of Senior Site Operation Engineer, at Aapka Painter Solutions Pvt.Ltd.

**Criteria**:
1.Good Communication skill

2. Any graduate / diploma in civil.

3.Experience 2 to 4 years.

4.Should have supervised finishing/painting/ false ceiling works in site.

5.Must have two wheeler.

6.Team Handling.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- We are looking for operation field Engineer who have expertise in supervise workers like painters / interior work like false ceiling, finishing, waterproofing.
- Should know complete execution of modular interior work like painting, false ceiling, measurement, Assesment.
- Person who can solve customer issue if any and manage the work flow.
- You have to make sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations.
- You have Complete operations by developing schedules; Assigning and monitoring work; Gathering resources; Implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems.
- Should be good at Finishing work, false ceiling and interior work.
