**Key responsibilities**:

- Bot Monitoring & Support:

- Monitor the performance of deployed bots to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Address production incidents, troubleshoot errors, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintenance & Updates:

- Perform regular maintenance activities including bot updates, version upgrades, and patch management.
- Ensure bots are compliant with the latest business and technical requirements.
- Root Cause Analysis & Debugging:

- Analyse root causes of bot failures and implement preventive measures.
- Debug and fix code level issues in existing workflow developed using UI path.
- Performance Optimization:

- Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and performance of existing bots.
- Implement improvements to optimise workflows and reduce processing time.
- Documentation:

- Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities issue resolution and bot changes.
- Update process documentation and knowledge bases to reflect the current state of automation solutions.
- Stakeholder collaboration:

- Work closely with business and IT teams to understand evolving requirements and implement necessary changes.
- Provide status updates and reports to stakeholders on bought performance and incidents.
- Compliance and security:

- Ensure that bots adhere to organizational security standards and compliance policies.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments for deployed automation solutions.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Proven 8+ years experience in RPA support and maintenance particularly with UI path tools.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for UI path workflows and components.
- Experience of scheduling and monitoring bots using UI path orchestrator.
- Familiarity with programming /scripting languages such as Python, VB.NET or C#.
- Ability to manage structured /unstructured data and work with databases (SQL).
- Excellent analytical and communication skill.
- Experience with RPA performance tuning and optimization.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes for incident, problem and change management.
