This role is suitable for individuals with a strong sales background who can effectively manage sales activities for both IT and non-IT products/services. The position offers a competitive fixed salary with additional performance-based incentives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in both IT and non-IT sectors.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
- **Relationship Management**: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge**: Understand the company's products/services (both IT and non-IT) in-depth and clearly communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
- **Sales Reporting**: Create and present sales reports, including activities, pipelines, and forecasts, to the management team.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- **Negotiation**: Lead negotiations with clients, close deals effectively, and ensure the timely collection of payments.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 1 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or non-IT industries.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office is an advantage.
- **Language**: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
