**Claim Management**:Oversee the entire warranty claim process, from initial submission to final resolution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- **Policy Compliance**:Ensure all warranty activities align with company guidelines and procedures.
- **Customer and Dealer Relations**:Act as the primary point of contact for warranty-related questions and concerns from customers and dealers.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain detailed and organized records of all warranty claims, repairs, and related documentation.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with service teams, product development, and quality assurance departments to address warranty issues and improve product quality.
- **Data Analysis**:Analyze warranty data to identify trends, potential product issues, and areas for improvement in warranty processes.
- **Vendor and Supplier Management**:Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding warranty-related issues for parts or components.
- **Escalation Handling**:Manage and resolve escalated warranty claims and disputes.
- **Training and Support**:Provide training and support to team members and dealers on warranty procedures and policies.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Identify opportunities to improve warranty processes and customer service.

**Required Skills**:

- **Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
- **Technical Understanding**: Familiarity with the products or services covered by the warranty.
- **Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data, identify root causes of issues, and develop effective solutions.
- **Organizational and Time Management Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- **Knowledge of Warranty Procedures and Policies**: Understanding of company-specific warranty guidelines and procedures.
- **Proficiency in Computer Applications**: Ability to use relevant software and systems for claim processing, record keeping, and reporting.

In addition to the above, a Warranty In-charge may also be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing warranty procedures and policies.
- Recommending product improvements based on warranty data analysis.
- Negotiating warranty terms with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
