**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Plan and execute orders as per established processes and timelines, ensuring a minimum of 95% of orders are delivered on time and within budget.**:

- **Track and manage approvals of products at different stages, striving to achieve a 100% approval rate within specified deadlines.**:

- **Ensure on-time payments from clients, maintaining a 100% compliance rate with payment schedules.**:

- **Oversee product samplings and sourcing, ensuring that all samples meet the required quality standards and are received within stipulated deadlines.**:

- **Train and manage junior merchandising staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.**:

- **Conduct weekly meetings with clients to explore new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships, with an aim to secure at least one new client every month.**:

- **Liaise closely with the production team to ensure smooth order execution and to resolve any production-related issues promptly.**:

- **Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and internal teams, to ensure seamless operations.**:

- **Participate in regular market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.**

**Skills Required**:

- **Completed a merchandising course from a reputed college.**:

- **Strong skills in Google Sheets / Excel.**:

- **Understanding of garment making process and previous experience in an export factory.**:

- **Excellent English communication skills.**:

- **Experience of 2+ years in a buying agency or an export house preferred.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Knowledge of process and flowchart procedures.**:

- **Residing within a 20-30 minute commute from Kailash Hills.**

**Working Hours**:

- **Monday to Saturday, 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM.**
