**Job Description**:

- Daily Review of Employee Expenses Submitted for Payment in comparison with the allocated limits, reaching out to Employees in case of variances and answering and resolving Employee Queries.
- Meeting the Timelines and Deadlines relating to Expenses batch close and submitting them further for Payment.
- Reviewing the Expenses GL and Posting the Journal Entries.
- Assisting in International Payroll Process, Calculation of the pay-out to be made and communicating with the Employees and Payroll agencies.
- Assisting in Month End Reconciliations.
- Assisting in documenting general and order specific terms.
- Assisting in the creation of Reports as and when needed.
- Special assignments as and when required by Head Quarters

**Qualifications**:

- We are looking for a recently passed out MBA/M. Com or similar courses who have a sound academic record with good aggregate marks in Graduation/ Post Graduation Level from reputed institute within India in Finance & Accounting stream.
- Strong Analytic skills and Attention to Detail.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills, as well as the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of staff;
- Ability to meet Deadlines.
