1. You Would Be Responsible for Database / Cold Calling and Tele Counselling and Lining-up Walk-ins in the Office, Etc.

2. Responsible for Handling Clients Inquiries and Servicing Customers Needs.

3. Taking data from the seniors on day to day basis and calling the prospective clients.

4. Grasping the complete product/project knowledge and pitching the same to customer.

5. Convincing the clients about the project/product/flats and requesting them for a site visit.

6. Creating and maintaining a rapport with the existing clients by calling them at regular intervals.

7. Convincing prospective clients that Monarch Property is the right one to handle their sale or letting, and agree a price and the terms of the sale.

8. Sending out details of new properties on the market to prospective clients who are looking for that type of property.

9. Taking appointments for the Sales Executive, pointing out its best features and answering any questions.

10. Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
