**Are you looking for a cooler job?**

It´s Saturday morning 07.30 am, last night it started snowing and since then it didn't stop. You woke up early to meet the guide team and discuss what the week is going to look like. All guides know what to expect and is ready for the day. This day you will go by some of your partners to keep in touch with them and see if everything is going ok. After that you will hit the slopes, to later on help and guide your team with all they need

As a Teamleader Guides you are the inspiring leader, who wants to flip the world of travel You work on one of our beautiful winter destinations in France where you will help our team of guides with creating lifetime experiences for our customers. You like to coach and train people and manage your team, but also love to hit the slopes daily and enjoy the snow
- Coaching the people in your team in their personal development
- Helping the guides with finding solutions for unforeseen situations
- Maintaining a good relationship with our partners on destination

Furthermore you:

- Are responsible for the cashbook on destination
- Work on administrative tasks like making lists for activities and the schedule for arrivals, welcome meetings and departures
- Make sure everything is well organized for our guides and the customers

**What skills will bring you to the top of the iceberg?**

We value proactive colleagues who have a customer-first mindset. You are available from November 2024 until the end of April 2025.
- Coaching and training skills, so you know how to manage a team
- Fluent in English. If you work in France you speak fluent French and if you work in Austria you speak fluent German
- Commercial skills so you can create deals with the partners, local agency and accommodations
- Have a helicopter view, you always know what is going on and think ahead
- Stress resistant, 24/7 available and handle problems easily - with your creativity, you always have a solution
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
- Be independent and know how to deal with a big responsibility
