Job description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop electrical control systems for special purpose machines and

equipment.

2. Develop and implement PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programs for machine

automation. The control systems used are Allen Bradley (Rockwell), Mitsubishi and

Delta / Panasonic.

3. Design HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems for user-friendly machine operation

and monitoring.

4. Collaborate with mechanical engineers and designers to integrate electrical controls

into overall machine design.

5. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure functionality and

reliability.

6. Provide technical support to production teams during the manufacturing and assembly

of machines.

7. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all electrical designs.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-Functional teams.

- Willingness to learn and stay updated with new technologies and methodologies in electrical controls engineering.
