**Domain Skillset Required**:

- Should be certified as an internal auditor, preferably **ISO 9001:2015 or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)**.
- Knowledge of office tools [Excel, Word, PPT] and Google docs [G-Sheet, G-Doc].
- General awareness of Indian acts such as Companies act 2013, Partnership Act 1932, etc.

**Soft Skillset Required**:Diplomacy in submitting non-conformances with partners.

**Experience**:

- 4-6 years of experience in Internal Audit role, especially in identifying operations and financial risks.
- Hands-on experience of auditing financial records would be an added advantage.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
i. **Regular Audits**
- Understand the critical business requirements from the process owners and devise audit criteria.
- Develop internal audit checklists based on such audit criteria and prepare for scheduled audits.
- Organize yourself with the annual audit calendar provided by the audit manager.
- Perform audits independently as per audit checklist across franchise centers.
- Ensure evidence based and risk-based approach and collect facts associated with audit criteria.
- Identify the scope of improvement at partner’s franchise centers against the company’s process and legal requirements that agreed with partners.
- Coordinate with regional managers and zonal managers to track and close the audit findings.

ii. **Document and Reports**
- Prepare audit reports and submit them to the audit manager as soon as the audit is completed.
- Participate in risk assessments with the audit manager and collect input required for next audits.
- Work with business owners and HR to develop policies to govern operational excellence.
- Leverage MS office tools or Google sheets to develop MIS dashboard based on audits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
