Transport Exeutive

**JOB Responsibilities**
- Very Sound Knowledge of TMS. (Transport Management system & ITCMS ).
- Handling Inward & Outward related activities in Warehouse.
- Manage Customer & Vendor billing monthly wise.
- Manage the vehicle placement in every day requirement for customer.
- Handling the Vendor Management.
- Handling the Customer Requirements with 100 % KPI. Coordinating with various
- other external agencies to achieve seamless & cost-effective
- Transport solutions.
- Material planning & Scheduling

**Client co-ordination**
- Check, inspect and manage returns from customers.
- Meeting with warehouse staff & Transport twice in a month to express an ideas and suggestion about operations.
- Maintain KPI and Follow SOP. Space Optimization.
- Manage Material Packing activity properly so that there is neither shortage nor surplus of material at any point.
- On time Billing, POD Uploading & Delivery on Time.

**Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.**
- MIS and Documentation.
- Coordination with Customer for timely placement of vehicle & material deliver at customer point safely every day.
- Monitoring transport team with every day reports & status.
- Manage other activity as directed by Cluster head & Reporting Boss. Manage customer follow up every day.
