**Job summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements process flows and user guides.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Perform user acceptance testing to validate the functionality and performance of implemented solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in business analysis and project management.
- Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Have 8 to 12 years of experience in business analysis with a strong focus on process improvement and solution implementation.
- Demonstrate expertise in using Tulip for business process analysis and improvement.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
- Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Have experience in project management including developing project plans and managing project timelines.
- Be proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques to support decision-making.
- Display strong documentation skills with the ability to create clear and comprehensive business requirements and process flows.
- Have experience in conducting user acceptance testing and providing end-user training and support.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Show the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Certifications Required**

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
