Job description:

- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Measure and estimate building and material costs for preparing Estimation of project cost
- Calculating material quantities and costs, labour costs and an achievable project timeframe
- Negotiating labour contracts and schedules
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Administer the tendering process for contractors and subcontractors.
- Examine the building plans created by architects and engineers.
- Visit building sites to monitor progress and check that the work is on budget.
- Prepare and manage the payments for contractors and suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Excellent PC skills including Excel and Word, etc.
- Experienced in quantity estimation, rate analysis, and BOQ
- Skills: Cost control, Planning & estimation valuation preparation of Project Work Quantities with drawings and specifications, etc.
- Construction estimating experienced is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Sound knowledge of construction.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
