Heat load calculation after building survey using CARRIER and ASHRAE standards by manuals and by the latest HVAC ASHRAE E20 Form
- Calculation of blower CFM, air distribution duct design following SMACNA and DW144 duct design codes, selection of diffusers,

grilles G.I sheet, etc. (Mc Quay Software)
- To prepare the selection of machines like FCU’s, AHUs, Chillers, Pumps, etc on the basis of Heat Load calculations from respective

models like Blue Star, Voltas, and Carrier, etc.
- Selection of HVAC equipment like Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units, VRV or VRF on equipment schedule, preparing Technical

submittals, Compliance statements
- Proficient in HVAC design calculation & Air routing duct design.
- Preparing the Air Distribution System for the complete design.
- Preparation of Detail & Design drawing for Air Distribution Duct-Layout, Chilled water Piping, Condenser Water Piping

Schematic diagram, Ventilation & air-cooling system.
- Preparing the VRV/VRF Pining Layout (Schematic Piping Diagram)
- Calculating the Duct Sizing according to the CFM by using Mc Quay Software
- Calculating the Pipe Sizing for the chilled water system according to the GPM.
- B.O.Q Estimation & calculation, Preparing Schedules of Equipment.
- Preparing the BOQ for the complete project.
- Preparing the Equipment and Technical Schedule depending upon the project.
- Preparing Material Take-off (MTO) from tender drawings as per Specifications and International Standards.
- Incorporating the standards in the Shop Drawings and Sections
- Preparing the Schematic drawing for the project HVAC System Ducting and Chilled Water piping.
- Excellent at auditing the building HVAC systems and recommending changes, if any.
- Efficient with drawing boards for drawing blueprints for renovations, if needed.
- HVAC Load calculation software & Duct Size Calculation Software

Residential & Commercial Buildings.
- Project Sales technically by offering value-engineered solutions based on project specification.
- Preparation of Technical Submittal, reply to consultant comments for projects & responsible for handling approval of the same

from Consultants.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
