**Responsibilities**:

- **Video Shooting**: Plan, direct, and shoot high-quality video content for promotional materials, client testimonials, and informational videos that highlight Hello Visa’s services.
- **Video Editing**: Edit raw footage into polished videos using professional video editing software, ensuring smooth transitions, clear audio, and compelling storytelling.
- **Creative Storytelling**: Develop video concepts that tell compelling, client-centered stories and showcase Hello Visa’s impact in the immigration space.
- **Collaboration with Marketing Team**: Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with marketing strategies and brand messaging.
- **Optimize for Platforms**: Ensure that all videos are optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and ads, with a focus on performance and engagement.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- **Equipment Setup & Operation**: Handle professional videography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio, ensuring all aspects of video production are handled in-house.
- **Maintain Brand Consistency**: Ensure all video content is consistent with Hello Visa’s brand, tone, and mission.
- **Client Interaction**: Occasionally interact with clients to direct them during video shoots and ensure they are comfortable, creating authentic and relatable content.
- **Creative Problem Solving**: Identify creative solutions to video production challenges, including filming in different environments and capturing the best footage under diverse conditions.
- **Feedback Integration**: Actively incorporate feedback from the team and stakeholders to refine video content and ensure it aligns with company goals.
- **Video Archiving**: Organize and maintain a library of video footage, ensuring easy access for future use and updates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.70 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Videographer and Video editor: 1 year (preferred)
