We are looking for a **Logistic Supervisor (Healthcare and Diagnostics)** who will be responsible for day to day Logistics operation at **Bengaluru**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Direct activities related to **dispatching, routing, and tracking samples, such as plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements**.
- Interacting and coordinating and to handle the registration team to register the sample before reaching the **Lab**.
- Analyze expenditures and other financial information in order to develop plans, policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services.
- Negotiate, verify contracts, and monitor contract fulfilment.
- Supervise workers assigning tariff classifications and preparing billing.
- **Cost elimination or optimization. Project management and budgeting for the logistic operations**.
- Prepare management recommendations, such as proposed fee and tariff increases or schedule changes.
- Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints.
- Implement schedule and policy changes.
- Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
- Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings, and meeting with individual staff members.
- Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets.
- Direct and coordinate, through subordinates, activities of operations department in order to obtain use of equipment, facilities, and human resources.
- **Set operations policies and standards, including determination of safety procedures for the handling of samples**.
- Prepare management recommendations, such as proposed fee and tariff increases or schedule changes.

**Professional Skills**:

- Good communication skills in English & Local Language(**Kannada**)
- Good **knowledge and experience in MS Office**:

- Should have **good knowledge **on **Geographical area **of **Bengaluru**:

- Flexible to travel to client place

Qualifications Required**:Graduation-Any Degree**
- Experience**:3 - 6 years**:
