**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a responsible and reliable **Runner Boy / Office Assistant** to support day-to-day office and field-related activities. The role involves handling deliveries, assisting in administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth coordination between the office and external parties for a real estate development company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Office & Field Work**
- Deliver and collect documents, cheques, courier parcels, and files from clients, consultants, government offices, and project sites.
- Handle bank-related work such as depositing cheques, collecting statements, and submitting documents.
- Assist in utility payments, vendor coordination, and other outside errands as assigned.

**2. Internal Office Support**
- Support the admin and accounts departments with photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms, serving refreshments, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas.
- Help in distributing internal memos, letters, and notices within departments.

**3. Vendor & Courier Handling**
- Manage inward and outward courier dispatches and maintain related records.
- Liaise with courier companies for pickups and deliveries.

**4. General Assistance**
- Support admin team in procurement or purchase follow-ups when required.
- Assist office staff in routine operational tasks.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time as per instructions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
