**Job Title**: US Voice Banking Process Executive
**Process Type**: Voice (Customer Support)

**About the Role**

We are looking for motivated individuals with exceptional communication skills to join our US Voice Banking Process team. This is a customer-centric role where you will handle banking-related queries for US-based clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer calls, addressing banking-related queries and concerns efficiently.
- Provide accurate and clear information to customers, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain high service quality standards while adhering to process guidelines.
- Work in night shifts and manage a high volume of calls effectively.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Education**: Any graduate or undergraduate can apply.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum **6 months of international call centre experience** required.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also eligible.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.

**Work Conditions**
- **Working Days**: 5 days a week with rotational shifts and rotational offs.
- **Shift Timings**: Night shifts only.
- **Transportation**: No cab facility available.
- **Work Mode**: Work from Office.

**Salary Details**
- ₹40,000 CTC
- ₹45,000 CTC

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
