**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a **Telecaller** who can handle client calls, follow up on leads, and support the sales team in converting inquiries into site visits and bookings.

**Key Responsibilities**

Make outbound calls to potential customers
Handle inbound inquiries professionally
Explain project details, pricing & offers
Schedule and confirm site visits
Maintain accurate lead records in CRM
Coordinate with the sales team for conversions

**Requirements**:
Minimum **1 year of telecalling / pre-sales experience** (real estate preferred)
Excellent communication in **Gujarati, Hindi & English**
Confident, polite, and target-oriented
Basic computer & CRM knowledge
