Demonstrating yoga poses: A yoga instructor must have a deep understanding of different yoga poses and be able to demonstrate them properly for their students, while also providing verbal instructions and cues to help students perform the poses correctly.
Providing modifications and adjustments: A yoga instructor must be able to provide modifications and adjustments to help students perform poses safely and effectively. They must be able to recognize when a student needs assistance and provide appropriate support.
