Calling Data Entry Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to collect or verify information from clients/customers.
- Receive inbound calls related to data collection or updates.
- Accurately enter and update customer or business data in the system.
- Maintain proper records and ensure data accuracy.
- Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies.
- Coordinate with other departments for data clarification when needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or telecalling preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Insert Language(s)].
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
