**Position**:Assistant Project Planner

**Location: Saudi Arabia**

**Salary: 3000 - 4500 SAR**

**(CONTRACT PERIOD - 6 MONTHS)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Scheduling**:

- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring that all tasks and milestones are clearly defined and achievable.
- Work with the project manager to establish realistic timelines, resource allocations, and deliverables.
- Monitor the progress of the project and update schedules to reflect any changes or delays.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- **Resource Allocation**:

- Help plan and allocate resources (manpower, equipment, materials) to ensure the project runs smoothly.
- Assist in forecasting future resource needs based on project requirements and timeline.
- Ensure resource availability and resolve any resource-related issues.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Assist in compiling data for regular project progress reports to be shared with stakeholders and management.
- Keep accurate records of meetings, decisions, changes, and updates related to the project.
- **Cost and Budget Monitoring**:

- Assist in tracking the project’s financial performance, ensuring that costs remain within budget.
- Support in managing invoices, expenses, and procurement needs related to the project.
- Help identify and resolve any discrepancies between planned and actual project costs.
- **Risk Management**:

- Monitor potential risks and assist in identifying solutions or mitigations to address any delays or issues.
- Support the development of contingency plans and ensure they are updated as needed.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with the project manager, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external parties to resolve any project-related issues.
- Help facilitate meetings, such as progress reviews, and assist in tracking action items.
- **Quality Control and Compliance**:

- Assist in ensuring that all project activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Support in monitoring the quality of work to ensure that project deliverables meet the required specifications.
- **Change Management**:

- Help identify any scope changes or modifications to the project and assist in updating schedules, costs, and plans accordingly.
- Assist in evaluating the impact of changes on project timelines and resources.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A degree or diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Experience in project planning or coordination, preferably within construction, engineering, or manufacturing industries.
- **Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar).

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
