**Job Title**: SEO Specialist

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for on-page SEO
- Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking structure
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (e.g., traffic, rankings, conversions)
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes (e.g., page speed, mobile responsiveness, crawl errors)
- Develop and execute link-building strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm updates from Google and other search engines
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to support SEO goals
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog
- Perform competitive analysis and identify content gaps or opportunities
- Contribute to local SEO, image SEO, and voice search strategies where relevant

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Shopify)
- Familiarity with schema markup and structured data
- Understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles
