Role: Technical/Test Architect

Exp : 10 to 20 Yrs

Location : Pune/Bangalore

Minimum Requirements:

- 10 - 20 years of testing experience
- Strong understanding of IVI, Cluster & Telematics Domain requirements
- Strong experience in Requirement Analysis, Test development, Test execution, Defect Logging & Verification
- Exposure to all phases of SDLC, product development and Agile development
- Highly motivated and a team player
- Experience in managing a team and mentoring team members
- Experience of CAN communication & Diagnostics
- Analyzing CAN logs
- Knowledge of Testing tools like Canoe
- Knowledge on other SDLC tools like DOORs, JIRA, Zephyr, SVN, Git etc.
- Strong Analysis and effective way of articulating issues
- Knowledge on various categories of Testing - Sanity, Smoke, Regression, Functional, Performance, Stability, Memory usage, BT and WiFi Analyzer
- Knowledge on Automation
- Hands on experience on various Logging Tools.e.g., Blue pirate
- Previous active participation in minimum one production program
- Prior Vehicle Testing Experience
- Previous experience of working with Customer at Onsite location
- Python scripting, CAPL scripting

Good to have Requirements:

- ISTQB certification

Verification And Validation Responsibilities:

- Leading a team of Senior Test Leaders on Requirement Analysis, Test case development, test case automation, test suite creation, test case execution, defect logging
- Creation of Test Strategy and Test Plan documents
- Effective Team Management
- Ensuring 100% traceability, 100% coverage of all scenarios, achieving KPIs specially Defect Leakage
- Thorough review of all artefacts and deliverables - Review of Test Cases & other deliverables, identify & implement measures to avoid rework, perform RCAs, other quality check & improvement activities
- Major contribution to process improvements, creating guidelines, templates, implement preventive and corrective measures
- Effective Customer communication
- Contribute to Risk Mitigation, Planning, RCA, Estimations
- Conduct Knowledge sharing sessions, mentoring, and training team members
