Associate - Information Security

The Information Security Operations Specialist conducts analysis of security events that occur within the organization's information security systems, networks and servers. Working under general supervision, this job conducts assessments on the current technologies and examines the security strategies and defenses. This job also supports identifying information security issues that may pose a risk to the organization's business operations, and suggest security measures for any information.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Overseeing all activities that provide authorized access to information and protect the confidentiality and integrity of information.
- Coordinating information security risk assessments and internal audits to build upon the information security infrastructure.
- Preparing information disaster recovery plans.
- Initiating, facilitating, and directing activities and training that promote information security awareness among organizational personnel, contractors, alliances and other third parties.

Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience
- 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

Physical Requirements
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
