As a Sales Assistant, you will be an integral part of the sales team, providing crucial support in various administrative and customer service tasks. The Sales Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized sales records.
- Prepare and process sales orders, contracts, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- **Customer Service**:

- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and professional responses.
- Assist customers in placing orders, answering product/service-related questions, and resolving issues.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to enhance the overall customer experience.
- **Sales Coordination**:

- Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Assist in the coordination of sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights to the sales team.
- Monitor and track sales activities to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the company's products or services to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand product features, advantages, and benefits.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 50% travel

**Experience**:
