**Department: Operations / Dispatch**
- Experience: 2-5 years
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee TMT bar stock, dispatch, and documentation
- Coordinate with transporters and site engineers
- Ensure quality and proper loading of material
- Maintain dispatch logs and inventory records
**Requirements**:
- Experience in handling steel/TMT product logistics
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to manage labour and coordinate with teams. Ensure all workers follow safety practices, especially near hot zones and running machines.
- Maintain labor shift schedules and reduce overtime costs through smart manpower planning.
- Keep detailed records of labor output, delays, and manpower performance.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
