**AEM Product Owner**

We are seeking an experienced AEM Product Owner to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all AEM-related initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and user feedback.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure successful delivery of AEM projects.
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and release plans to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving the AEM platform and enhancing the user experience.
- Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones.
- Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, facilitating discussions and driving consensus on project priorities and goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in AEM development and digital experience management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 +years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, and workflows.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering AEM projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) certification in AEM is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
