Preferred Experience : 0-2 years (Entry Level),
2-4 Years( Midlevel) ,
4-5 Years( Senior / Lead Recruiters )
6+ Years( Team Lead)

Job Description:

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies in Day / Night shift.
- Hands on experience with all type of employments in Day / Night shift like W2, C2C & Full time is must.
- Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EAD's, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)
- Experience in recruiting, H1's, Citizens, GC's, OPT's and EAD consultants.
- Experience in negotiating compensation to close an offer.
- Experience in using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
- Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Freelance, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹9,355.36 - ₹38,687.81 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
