**About the CEO and Co-Founder**:
Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.

**Responsibilities**:
1. End to end creative thinking, coordination & execution of performance marketing.
2. Basic understanding of digital marketing data (CTR, ROAS, Open Rate)
3. Understanding of social media landscape (Incl. new music trends & reels trends)
4. Qualitative competition Tracking.
5. Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages & optimize user experience.
6. Collaborating with agencies & other vendor partners.

**Qualifications**:
1. Minimum 1 year experience.

2. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
