**Job Title**:Clinic Receptionist**
**Location**:

- **Khar Road, Mumbai**:

- **Belpada, Navi Mumbai**

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹22,000 per month
**Shift Timing**: Day Shift (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
**Weekly Off**: Thursday
**Languages Required**: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:I. Reception & Medical Sales Support**
- Promote relevant medical products and services based on patient treatments.
- Achieve monthly medical sales targets.
- Maintain stock inventory accurately and ensure timely replenishment.
- Adhere to clinic protocols and company guidelines.

**II. Appointment & Slot Management**
- Ensure 100% utilization of appointment slots.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for new and returning patients.
- Follow up with patients for reappointments.
- Increase footfall by actively managing and optimizing bookings.
- Track patient treatment progress and ensure timely follow-ups.

**III. Patient Care & Experience**
- Provide complete assistance during clinic visits.
- Guide patients as per the doctor's instructions.
- Dispense prescribed medicines and explain dosage and usage.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, cleanliness, and a pleasant waiting area.

**IV. Grievance Handling & Satisfaction**
- Address patient concerns politely and empathetically.
- Resolve issues effectively, ensuring complete patient satisfaction.
- Offer clear communication and clarifications as needed.
- Escalate critical issues to the concerned authority when required.
- **Well-spoken, polite, and presentable.**:

- **Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.**:

- **Proactive, confident, and patient-centric approach.**:

- **Capable of multitasking and managing front-desk and clinic operations.**
