The job of Architecture interns is to assist an architect with all aspects of interior work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and Conceptualization:

- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for new properties.
- Ensure designs align with Speckle's brand aesthetics and the luxurious experience we promise our clients.
- Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with vendors, contractors, and partners to source high-quality materials and furnishings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility and adherence to project timelines.
- Project Management:

- Oversee the implementation of interior design projects from conception to completion.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to ensure timely project delivery.
- Quality Assurance:

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and quality standards are met.
- Address and resolve any design-related issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Market Research:

- Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, and color theory.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces.
