**What you’ll do: Role & Responsibilities**
- You will be responsible to design, develop, and publish Infosec Venture’s technical content that is easy to use and understand even for a non-technical person. The content can take various forms but not limited to: content embedded in the UI (UX writing like welcome instructions, product tours, messages, etc.) product manual, user guide, multimedia (for example, videos, graphics), Support content, chatbots, training, White Papers, Case Studies, reports, and community content.
- Simplify technically complex concepts and details from multiple sources into consumable content that drives user actions. Deliver clear, inclusive, accessible, and translated content for a global audience.
- Should have a knack to understand complex use cases and technology, and produce a simple explanation to them.
- Work closely with Product Management, Design, Development, Marketing, Support, Sales, Training, to tell a cohesive product story. Use expertise and user empathy to influence product design decisions to deliver the best user experiences we can for our clients.
- Learn complex concepts of Cybersecurity, and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and easily understood by users.
- Report issues with products, demo(s), website, etc. found during exploration

**Requirements**:
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 2-5 Years of experience in IT Industry as a technical writer, Cybersecurity preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a passion for great storytelling
- Modelling and formatting content into viable, feasible, and desirable solutions
- Writing, curating, and editing content for accuracy, clarity, and usability, at every level of the progressive disclosure model.
- Proven experience working under strict deadlines and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast - paced environment
- Simplifying complex content for users
- Creating content that drives user actions
- Defining content goals and journeys based on user or customer goals

**Nice-to-have Skills/Experience**
- Degree in Bachelor of Technology is preferred but not necessary.
- Previous experience in a product company is a plus.
- Passionate about working and growing with a Start-up
- Ambitious to perform and create a legacy to leave behind
