Ufro Operator

**Post : UFRO Operator (Field work)**
- Regularly monitor or proper check shift wise all tanks (like: pumps, levels, Quality etc.)
- Working in RO Plant, check chemicals, if required then prepare chemical with help of helper or do it yourself.
- Regularly check Shift wise parameters like: Ph, Temperature, and TDS of all tanks
- Analysis and evaluates operating and maintenance procedures through monitoring of day-to-day operations.
- On call to respond to emergencies and breakdowns at the plant.
- Conduct the necessary weekend checks of the treatment plant on a rotating basis.
- Check all the online instruments and take a reading of it as per our SOP.
- Take a sample of each and every tank in morning shift i.e. Composite sample, grab sample and composite sample though tankers.
- Taking SDI, taking RO reading and giving to Shift incharge.
- Monitor and check all equipment’s, pumps and machinery.
- Work with all safety PPEs.
- Maintain all format of document i.e. log sheet, flow meter reading, report book.
- Train your subordinate.
- Co-ordinate with lab, maintenance, and Stores department.
- Positive reporting to Shift In Charge/HOD.
- Proper utilize all the helpers.
- Communication should always have proper with shift reliever & shift in charge.

**Qualification : ITI,12th, Diploma.**

**Salary : 20k to 25K**

**Experience : 01 to 05 Year (UFRO knowledge)**

**Location : Palsana (Surat)**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
