**Role/Scope**

Operations

**Primary Responsibilities**

1. Monitoring & Driving Regional operations

2. Designing & implementing operational processes, system & policies

3. Monitoring Quality & Training

4. Client connect programs to be planned, implemented & driven

5. P&L & budget monitoring and control

6. Ensuring & supplementing growth of the business

7. Ensuring smooth functioning of backend support systems

8. Driving & evaluating departmental PMS

9. Driving and implementation of automation in operations.

10. Supporting DSO as per the set target

**Secondary Responsibilities**

**Profile Mix**

1. Survey for new and existing site

2. Audit for existing account

3. Monitoring Quality & Training

4. Client connect programs to be planned, implemented & driven

5. Monthly review with all respective account along with client

6. Planning to maintain budget and control expenses

7. Drive process and KPI as per Business requirement

8. Strategic planning to streamlining operations and Enhance service quality

9. Ensuring daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are prepared and submitted within the TAT

10. Ensuring maintain all inventory and per stock for Uniform, Material, Machines and Deployment

**Educational Qualification**

1. Command in English communication

2. Good presentation skills

3. Experience in attending high level meetings.

4. Process oriented.

**Total Experience**

8 - 10 years

**Relevant Experience**

4 - 5 years
