- Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance programs and initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and best practices.
- Collaborate with various departments to establish and enhance quality protocols.
- Provide guidance and training to staff to ensure consistent adherence to quality measures.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on quality metrics and outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance patient care and overall hospital operations.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards.

**Salary**:

- The salary for this position is within the range of ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month, contingent on the outcome of the interview and experience level.
