**Key Role**:
The First voice of IAM to those who have little or no knowledge about the institute. They are professionals who initiate telephonic contact with prospective or existing clients to generate leads or sales. They must be proficient in language displaying excellent verbal communication.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Reaching potential students & parents by phone to advise them about the courses provided & their opportunities, categorizing the calls into hot, and warm-cool
- Recording all call feedback on daily basis in the specified format on day to day basis.
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, make calls as per the available query list and conduct regular follow up to gather and successfully close up leads.
- Generate walk-ins.
- Ensuring the daily admission targets are met.
- Supporting all admission-related external as well as internal activities and marketing activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perintalmanna, Kannur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
