**About the Role**:
Seeking a person who has the ability to work in cross functional teams, is up to date with latest trends and best practices in Search Engine Optimization, has an analytical bent and is also tech-savvy.

You’ll work closely with top school graduates, ex-McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, EY, Byju’s, Paytm employees to establish, nurture, and grow business across categories & territories. **What you will do**:

- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimisation
- Research and implement On page and Off page optimisation recommendations
- Research and analyse competitor advertising links
- Develop and implement link building strategy
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO

**What you will need**:

- Proven 3+ years of SEO experience
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, Search Console)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field
