**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the curriculum.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Assess and track students' progress through regular evaluations.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking.
- Maintain discipline and classroom management.
- Coordinate with parents and school staff for holistic development.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: D.El.Ed./B.Ed. with relevant teaching experience.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years (Freshers with strong skills may apply).
- **Skills**: Strong English communication, patience, creativity, and classroom management.
- **Preferred**: Experience in CBSE/ICSE curriculum, activity-based learning, and spoken English development.
